By downloading, installing or using the Prime Tanki launcher or game, you accept this licence.
Your licence
You may install the game on your own computer and play it on our official servers, for personal use only. The game is licensed to you, not sold. It belongs to Prime Tanki, and we may take the licence back at any time.
You must not
- copy, share, sell or rent the game;
- modify, decompile or reverse engineer it;
- extract its art, sounds or files;
- use cheats, bots, hacks or mods;
- get around its security or anti-cheat;
- run or connect to unofficial servers;
- use it for business.
Updates
The game updates itself. Updates can change or remove features.

Only download the game from playprimetanki.com. We are not responsible for copies from anywhere else.
Health warning
Some people can have seizures from flashing lights. If you feel dizzy or unwell, stop playing. Take regular breaks.
No guarantees
The game is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will work on your computer.
Ending
This licence ends if you break it or our Terms of Service, or if your account or the game is closed. You must then uninstall the game. Everything else is covered by our Terms of Service.
