Terms of Service
By using Prime Tanki in any way, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Prime Tanki.
Acceptance
You accept these Terms when you visit our website, download or play the game, reserve a nickname, create an account, join any of our channels (Discord, forum or social media), pay us, or send us anything. Our Privacy Policy and EULA are part of these Terms.
Age
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
Accounts and nicknames
- All accounts and nicknames belong to Prime Tanki. You only have the right to use them.
- You may not sell, buy, share or give away an account or a nickname.
- You are responsible for everything done on your account. Keep your password secret.
- A reserved nickname must be confirmed by email and claimed by the deadline. Otherwise it is released.
- We may change, remove or take back any nickname or account at any time.
- You may ask us to delete your account. Deletion is permanent.
Virtual items
Crystals, Prime Tokens, Premium, containers and all other items belong to Prime Tanki and have no real-money value. You cannot sell, trade or cash them out. We may change or remove them at any time, without compensation.
Payments
- All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes donations.
- Items are delivered immediately. By paying, you agree that your right to cancel ends once delivery starts.
- There are no refunds for bans, for changes to the game, or for changing your mind.
- If you file a chargeback, your account will be banned.
- If something you paid for is not delivered, contact us and we will fix it.
Rules
You must not:
- cheat, or use bots, hacks, macros or modified game files;
- abuse bugs;
- boost, push points or fix results;
- sell or trade accounts or items for money;
- harass, threaten or insult anyone;
- post sexual, hateful or illegal content;
- spam, scam or advertise;
- leak anything private;
- dodge a ban with another account.
Bans
We may mute, suspend or ban any account, and any linked account, at any time and at our own discretion. We do not have to show our evidence. Banned players get no refund. Chat is not private: we may read it to enforce these Terms. To ask for a review of a ban, contact us within 6 months.
What you send us is ours
Everything you send or give to Prime Tanki, its staff or its helpers, and everything you make for the project, becomes our property completely and forever, the moment you send or make it. This includes ideas, suggestions, bug reports, art, maps, skins, sounds, translations and code. We may use, change or sell it without credit or payment. You give up every claim to it. This applies to everyone, with or without a helper role.
Helpers and staff
Helper roles are voluntary and unpaid, unless we agree otherwise in writing. A role does not make you an employee. You must keep everything you learn in the role private, during and after it. We may remove any role at any time, for any reason.
Creators
Creator links, codes, tiers and rewards belong to Prime Tanki and may change at any time. Only real players count as referrals. Fake, self or paid referrals are cancelled, together with their rewards. Money is paid only to creators we choose, and only on terms we agree in writing. You must tell your audience that you receive rewards. We may remove any creator at any time.
Videos and channels
You may stream and post videos of the game. Do not present them as official, and do not show cheats or leaks. These Terms also apply on our Discord, forum and all our other channels.
Ownership
The game, website, name, logo, art and code of Prime Tanki belong to us. Prime Tanki is an independent game. It is not the official Tanki Online.
No guarantees
Prime Tanki is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always work, or that your progress or items will be kept. Where the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using it, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may change the game or these Terms, or close Prime Tanki, at any time. If you keep playing after a change, you accept it. We may close any account that breaks these Terms.
Disputes
Before any complaint or claim, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it.
